We're teaming up with the crew at Porco Ciccio, who will be parking up their pizza van at Molly Rose every Friday night in May.
With their Thornbury Italian Bakehouse quickly gaining a cult following in Melbourne, people can expect their signature Roman-style "al taglio" (pizza by the slice), featuring bold and playful toppings piled onto a crisp yet insanely light base.
The pizza is firing from 4 pm every Friday.
Book a spot across the Beer Garden, Dining Hall and Tap Room, or just roll in, as there's always plenty of room for walk-ins.

pistachio cream, mortadella, stracciatella, salted pistachio sauce
Add: Bippi’s chilli oil, chilli honey and grated parmesan.
